PA Heritage Society gets a new look!
The Pennsylvania Heritage Society co-publishes the award-winning quarterly Pennsylvania Heritage, and serves as the non-profit organization supporting the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), which is the official history agency of the state.
The previous website was in desperate need of a redesign and VQC Designs was entrusted with creating a more modern, professional design to highlight the services of the organization and to help promote/increase membership. In addition to a complete website redesign, the site was built on top of a Content Management System (CMS) framework in order to allow internal staff to update all areas of the website without HTML or web design knowledge. Within the CMS was built a news module which allowed publishing of news releases with a easy to use interface.
With the help of the new website, the PA Heritage Society can now increase awareness in their services and utilize the website as a more effective marketing tool to increase membership within the organization.
