Q's technical background lies in hardware and network solutions. Q, as he is often referred to by his colleagues, enjoys traveling and seeing movies when he is not working. You should try his steak or spaghetti at his annual BBQ.
Vinh Chau
Director of Web Services
Vinh Chau is co-founder and serves as the Director of Web Services for VQC designs. He has over 7 years working with a Fortune 500 company and also for the Pennsylvania Council on Independent Living (PCIL) focusing on web development, Internet marketing and project management.
Vinh was originally responsible for creating the web development department for PCIL and oversaw the development of accessible websites for member organizations of PCIL.
The primary focus of the department was to assist and empower people with disabilities by using technology as a catalyst.
Vinh was in charge of making sure that web technologies were in compliance with federal regulations in accordance with the ADA, working with individuals with disabilities to ensure that web technologies were fully accessible and providing training and speaking engagements on web accessibility.
As a result of this experience, Vinh gained the knowledge and experience to step out on his own and help founded VQC Designs in 2004.
When not working, Vinh enjoys sipping mojitos, backyard BBQs, soccer, snowboarding and when motivated, occasionally running.
Mike Fister
Account Executive Harrisburg
Originally from the Rochester NY area, Mike Fister first came to Central PA to attend college at Messiah. He received his degree in Elementary Education in 2002.
Immediately after college he taught kindergarten for a time, and then took a position at Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Carlisle. He joined the VQC Designs team in March of 2008.
Mike is an avid reader and sport enthusiast. Some of his favorite authors are John Maxwell, Ken Blanchard, and Zig Zigler, and he enjoys playing volleyball and hiking.
Mike continues his passion for educating children by volunteering once a week with Junior Achievement in Harrisburg.
Chester Cunanan
Web Developer
Chester Cunanan, went to school at Drexel University where he obtained his combined Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Digital Media. While there he taught classes in 3d Modeling, Animation, and Design, while also obtaining minors in Photography and Screenprinting.
He has worked as a web developer/designer for various organizations within the Philadelphia area including White-Williams Scholars, MOD, Free People, and Mill Creek Properties, among others. Chester is a talented and creative contributer to VQC Designs in our Philadelphia office.
Brian Neff
PHP Programmer
Originally from the small town of Lititz, Brian has been programming web sites for over 10 years. He has adamantly followed the progress of new web technologies and frameworks over the years and strives to be the best at what he does.
Brian joined the VQC Designs team in September of 2009 as a Web Programmer for our Harrisburg office after spending the last 6 years as a freelance programmer/developer for various companies in the Central PA area.
In his free time, Brian enjoys online gaming, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
Adam Quinn
Marketing Specialist
A recent graduate of Elizabethtown College, Adam has recently moved to Lancaster and joined the VQC team in Harrisburg. He is looking to gain professional level experience in the marketing field while working with the VQC team.
While at Elizabethtown, Adam was actively involved with the student run radio station, WWEC 88.3 and the student run newspaper, the Etownian.
While not at work, Adam enjoys photography and utilizing alternative methods of transportation such as bikes, trains and longboards. He is also a fan of live music, books, black coffee and IPA's.
